All my jewellery is made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your pieces to be created and dispatched. I offer the following Royal Mail delivery options:

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class

Aim to deliver on the next working day, including Saturdays. 
Signature on delivery. You'll receive an email with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm

Guaranteed delivery next day by 1 pm Monday to Friday. Photo and signature on delivery and full tracking. You'll receive an email with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

At this moment in time I only ship items to the United Kingdom and Europe. The delivery aim for Europe is 3 to 5 working days. Signature on delivery and fully tracked to delivery point. You'll receive an email with a reference to track your order on the Royal Mail website as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders shipped to EU countries may incur additional customs or import duty charges - which are individual to each country. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional charges and Lisette Burm is not liable for these costs. Please keep these extra charges in mind when placing your order.
