Bespoke Jewellery Order

Let’s create future heirlooms together! 

One of my biggest passions is creating unique one-of-a-kind pieces of jewellery that will be treasured by the wearer till the end of time. 

So do you have a specific idea, a certain dream, or maybe a piece of jewellery you’ve always wanted but cannot find? Send them to me and let’s make your dreams come to life!

The Process

If you are interested in a bespoke piece of jewellery made by me the process will be as follows: 

1. Purchase the above deposit of £ 25. This buys you a design consultation with me. The deposit will contribute to the final price of the bespoke piece and is paid upfront. If you decide to back out of the process the deposit won’t be refunded.
2. After you have paid please e-mail me on lisetteburmjewellery@outlook.com and try to answer the following questions to the best of your ability:
   - What is your budget?
   - What metal would you like your piece made out of?
   - What would you like made (ring, earrings, necklace, bracelet etc)?
   - Would you like gemstones incorporated in your piece? If so, which ones?
   - Do you have any ideas you would like to share? (Please feel free to attach images to the email to help as references for your ideas) 
   - Do you have a specific date you need this piece by? 
   - Is there any extra information you would like to share?
3. After receiving all your information I will prepare a sketch of your piece along with a quote. This can take up to two weeks.
   Your quote will be valid for 14 days.
4. If you decide to proceed I will add a custom piece to my website through which you can pay the outstanding balance.
5. After receiving your full payment I will start working on your bespoke piece. 
   Please be aware that bespoke items will take around 8 weeks to be made. The design process takes up to 2 weeks and the production time of the piece itself is between 4 to 6 weeks. 
   
   

 Terms and Conditions

All sales of bespoke pieces are final and customers are responsible for customs and import charges/taxes. 

I do not accept returns for bespoke items. This is due to the very personal nature of these pieces.
